Dileep Kumar Kotha is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, computer vision, and research science. He has an extensive knowledge of 802.11 Wifi security and certifications of FIPS 140-2, Common Criteria. Dileep has exclusively worked on C language in embedded Linux for the last eight and a half years. Dileep has a patent filed in the US for improving AES cipher decryption speed and has also published a research paper on Computer Vision, which is available on Springer. Prior to joining Oracle, Dileep worked as a Staff Engineer at Ruckus Networks, an Arris company. As part of the security team, he led various projects for certifications of their AP and successfully made their APs FIPS 140-2 and Common Criteria compliant. He also fixed many security vulnerabilities in the company's access points. Dileep has a provisional patent filed to speed up AES decryption. Before Ruckus Networks, Dileep worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HCL. He continued working in HCL after the acquisition of his division at Alcatel-Lucent by HCL. Dileep completed his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2012.
